If your subscription is being paid for by another Master Tour User and you would like to pay for your own subscription, you can unlink your account from their billing in either the Web Portal or Master Tour 3.
Note: If you are a Professional user who has already been paid by another user through an annual payment, please contact billing@eventric.com to unlink your billing.

Unlink Your Account From Another User's Billing in the Web Portal
Click here to login and access the Subscription & Billing section of the Web Portal.
On the Subscription & Billing page:
- Select the checkbox for Unlink parent billing and pay for my own subscription in the right column.
- Click on the Update Subscription button.
You will then see a message confirming that your account has been updated. If you would like to subscribe to a Professional Account, click here for instructions. If you would like to subscribe to a Free Mobile Account, click here for instructions.
How to Unlink Your Account From Another User's Billing in Master Tour 3
- Click on your Profile Picture in the top right corner of the application.
- Choose Subscription & Billing from the dropdown menu.
On the next screen, click on the Unlink button.
A dialogue box will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to unlink your account. Click the Yes button to confirm.
You will then see a message confirming that your account has been updated. If you would like to subscribe to a Professional Account, click here for instructions. If you would like to subscribe to a Free Mobile Account, click here for instructions.
