The Events section on Master Tour Mobile is where you can go to find out specific details about your venue on your selected date.

Locate the Events Section
Users can locate the Event Section in a few different ways. First you can select the Events tab if you have it in your Master Tour Navigation bar, or within the mini selection bar on the dashboard of your selected date.
If it is not in your custom navigation bar, you can still locate it by selected the More button in the bottom right corner of the screen and tapping on Events in the side menu bar that appears.
The third option is to scroll down to the Events section on your homepage, and tap on the chevron arrow to the right of your Event.
View Venue Information
Venue Information can be viewed within your specific event by scrolling down within the Events Section. In there you can find the General Information as well as any technical specifications specific to that venue.
Copy Venue Information
To copy the Venue information for your selected Event, tapping on the Share icon located to the right of the Venue Information label will copy the text to your phone's clipboard, and be able to be pasted elsewhere on your mobile device.
View Promoter Information
To locate and view the Promoter Information for your Event, tap on the chevron arrow to the right of the Promoter field found above the Venue Information section.
In the next window, you'll see the Promoter information for the specific Event.
Get Directions to an Event
If you would like to get directions to the location of your Event, tap on the Directions button off to the left of your screen when on the selected Venue.
A pop-up menu will appear, and you will then be asked which navigation app you would like to open the directions to the Venue through. Keep in mind this will only show the navigation apps you already have installed on your mobile device.
Request a Ride to an Event
If you would like to request a ride to the location of your selected Event, tap on the Ride button found in the middle of your screen.
A pop-up menu will appear, and you will then be asked which service you would like to open the directions to the Venue through. Keep in mind this will only show the transportation services apps you already have installed on your mobile device.
Call a Venue
If you would like to contact the Venue of your Event, tapping on the Call button off to the right of your screen would bring up their public number for reaching out to.
Pressing the Phone Number that appears below will let your phone attempt to connect with the Venue. Selecting the Cancel button will bring you back to the main screen for the Events section.
Locate Venue Contacts
To locate and view any Venue Contacts you may have for your Event, tap on the Contacts to the left of your screen.
In the next window, you'll see all Venue Contacts listed for the specific Event.
View the Guest List of Your Event
To view the Guest List for your selected event, tap on the Guest List button found in the middle of your screen.
This will take you over to the Guest List section of your Event on that specific tour date. If you'd like to learn more about how to add and edit to the Guest List, you can do so through our support guide here.
View the Set List of Your Event
To view the Se List for your selected event, tap on the Set List button found to the right of your screen.
