The Master Tour Mobile app allows you to add to and manage the Guest List for each Tour Date and Event.

How to view the Guest List
Users can locate the Guest List in four different ways.
- Select the Events tab in your Master Tour Navigation bar, and tapping on Guest List within the new window.
- Scroll down to the Events section on your dashboard, tap on the Event, and then select the Guest List through that new window.
- Tapping on the More button in the navigation bar, and selecting the Guest List section.
- Selecting the Guest List tag on the Dashboard.
Add a Guest List Request
You can add a Guest List request to your specific event by selecting the blue + button in the top right of the screen when opened on that guest list.
You will then be brought to a new window where you can enter the details of your request. This can include the name of the guest, affiliation, contact email/phone, seating (section, row, seat), and any notes that would be helpful to have. The sections below that will detail who is requesting the guest listing, how many tickets are being requested, the status of the request, and the pickup method for the tickets. After you have added as much info as desired, pressing the Save button in the top right of your screen will add the guest list request to the Guest List section.
Editing a Guest List Request
If you would like to edit a Guest List request that has already been submitted to your event, select the arrow to the right of the specific request to open the editing window.
When all edits have been made, tap on Save in the top right corner to finalize the new request.
Delete a Guest List Request
Deleting a Guest List request can be done by opening the editing window of the specific request, and tapping on the red Delete Request button at the bottom of the screen.
Set Guest Ticket Allotment
By selecting the dropdown arrow to the right of the Guest List Controls function within the Guest List section, you can set the total amount of tickets allowed for your event, and choose whether that amount is enforced or not through the toggle checkmark.
If the amount is set to Enforced, then any users with Guest List Submit and Guest List View All And Submit will not be able to submit tickets with a larger quantity than the amount remaining. If there are no more tickets available from the enforced amount, then no more guest list requests can be made by those users with Guest List Submit and Guest List View All And Submit permissions.
Setting a Cutoff Date and Time for the Guest List
You can also set a Cutoff Date and Time for your users to submit their Guest List requests. If you'd like to prevent Guest List Submit and Guest List View All And Submit users from submitting guest list requests after a certain time, you can set a cutoff time in the Guest List Controls section.
Locking the Guest List
If you'd like to prevent Guest List Submit and Guest List View All And Submit users from submitting more guest list requests, you can lock the guest list manually by checking the Lock Guest List checkbox in the Guest List Controls Section.
Copy a Guest List Request
Individual Guest List requests can be copied to your phone's clipboard within the Master Tour mobile app. To copy a specific request, press and hold over the text until you see the Copy button appear above it. Select that button, and the text will now be able to be pasted on your mobile device.
Copy an Entire Guest List
To copy an entire Guest List for a specific tour date, tap on the Share icon located in the top left corner of your screen. This will copy all guest list requests to your clipboard, and be able to be pasted elsewhere on your mobile device.
