Within the Events Section, you are able to create and manage Set Lists using Songs entered in your Organization's Song List in Master Tour Desktop. For more info on what info can be entered for Songs in Master Tour Desktop, see here.

How to View the Set List
Users can locate the Set List in two different ways. First you can select the Events tab in your Master Tour Navigation bar, and tapping on Set List within the new window. The other option is to scroll down to the Events section on your homepage, tap on the Event, and then select the Set List through that new window. By default, the Set List section will show up in the More menu in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Add Songs to a Set List
To add a song to a Set List, select the Edit button found in top right corner of your screen.
Within this editing window, pressing the + next to each song in the Song List for the Organization will add them to the Set List. To learn more about adding songs to your Song List, check out the link here.
When all songs have been added, pressing Save in the top right corner will save the new Set List to the date's Event.
Rearrange Songs in a Set List
Rearranging a Set List can be done in the editing section of it as well. By pressing and holding the Braille Icon next to each song, you can drag a song into the new order you wish to have your Set List in.
Tapping on the Save button in the top right of your screen will save the changes made in the editing section of the Set List.
How to View Details of a Song
Users can view the details of each song in a Set List by tapping on the arrow to the right of the specific song. This will show a dropdown text box with information on Print Title, BPM, and Key.
Add a Break to a Set List
Users can add breaks to a set list by tapping on the Add Break button found in between the Set List and Song List within the editing section of a Set List. These can also be rearranged within a Set List.
Remove a Song from a Set List
To remove a song to a Set List, select the Edit button found in top right corner of your screen.
Within this editing window, pressing the - next to each song in the Set List will remove them from it.
When the Set List is finalized within the editing section, pressing Save in the top right corner will save the new Set List to the date's Event.
Copy a Song from a Set List
Individual Songs in a Set List can be copied to your phone's clipboard within the Master Tour mobile app. To copy a Song, press and hold over the text until you see the Copy button appear above it. Select that button, and the text will now be able to be pasted on your mobile device.
Copy an Entire Set List
To copy an entire Set List for a specific tour date, tap on the Share icon located in the top left corner of your screen. This will copy the whole Set List to your clipboard, and be able to be pasted elsewhere on your mobile device.
