The Hotel section on Master Tour Mobile is where you can go to find out specific details about your Hotel(s) on your selected date.

Locate the Hotel Section
Users can locate the Event Section in a few different ways. First you can select the Hotel tab if you have it in your Master Tour Navigation bar, or within the mini selection bar on the dashboard of your selected date.
If it is not in your custom navigation bar, you can still locate it by selected the More button in the bottom right corner of the screen and tapping on Hotel in the side menu bar that appears.
The third option is to scroll down to the Events section on your homepage, and tap on the chevron arrow to the right of your Hotel.
View Hotel Information
Hotel Information can be viewed within your specific date by scrolling down within the Hotel Section. In there you can find the General Contact Information as well as any Facilities Information specific to that hotel.
Copy Hotel Information
To copy the Hotel information for your selected date, tapping on the Share icon located to the right of the Hotel name will copy the text to your phone's clipboard, and be able to be pasted elsewhere on your mobile device.
Get Directions to a Hotel
If you would like to get directions to the location of your Hotel, tap on the Directions button off to the left of your screen when on the selected Hotel.
A pop-up menu will appear, and you will then be asked which navigation app you would like to open the directions to the Hotel through. Keep in mind this will only show the navigation apps you already have installed on your mobile device.
Request a Ride to a Hotel
If you would like to request a ride to the location of your selected Hotel, tap on the Ride button found in the middle of your screen.
A pop-up menu will appear, and you will then be asked which service you would like to open the directions to the Hotel through. Keep in mind this will only show the transportation services apps you already have installed on your mobile device.
Call a Hotel
If you would like to contact the Venue of your Hotel, tapping on the Call button off to the right of your screen would bring up their public number for reaching out to.
Pressing the Phone Number that appears below will let your phone attempt to connect with the Hotel. Selecting the Cancel button will bring you back to the main screen for the Hotel section.
Locate Hotel Contacts
To locate and view any Hotel Contacts you may have for your Hotel, tap on the Contacts to the left of your screen.
In the next window, you'll see all Hotel Contacts listed for the specific Hotel.
View the Room List
To view the Room List for your selected hotel, tap on the Room List button found on the right side of your screen.
In the next window, you'll see all Rooms and Individuals listed for the specific Hotel. This will include the Room numbers for each listing, Bag Tag information, and the check in/out dates for that room.
Copy a Room List
To copy the entire Room List for a specific tour Hotel, tap on the Share icon located in the top left corner of your screen. This will copy all room listings to your clipboard, and be able to be pasted elsewhere on your mobile device.
