How to Edit Guest Performer Details for Songs in Set Lists

You can edit details for Guest Performers on Songs in your Set Lists using the Set List Module in Master Tour 3.

How to Navigate to the Set List Module

Within Master Tour, select the Tour Date that you would like to edit Guest Performer Details for Songs in a Set List for.

1. Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu in the upper left of the application.
2. Select an Organization.
3. Select a Tour from the Tour Selector dropdown menu.
4. Select a Tour Date in the Tour Date List on the right of the application.

Click on Set List in the left menu.

How to Edit Guest Performer Details for Songs in Set Lists

1. Select the checkbox for the Song in the Set List that you would like edit Guest Performer details for.
2. In the Guest Performers section in the right column, click into and edit the Name or Instrument field to update the details. Clicking out the field will automatically save your changes.

You will then see the updated Guest Performer Details in the right column.
