How to Apply Visibility to Set Specific Notes in Songs in Set Lists

You can apply Visibility to Set Specific Song Notes in your Set Lists using the Set List Module in Master Tour 3.

How to Navigate to the Set List Module

Within Master Tour, select the Tour Date that you would like to apply Visibility to Set Specific Song Notes in a Set List for.

1. Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu in the upper left of the application.
2. Select an Organization.
3. Select a Tour from the Tour Selector dropdown menu.
4. Select a Tour Date in the Tour Date List on the right of the application.

Click on Set List in the left menu.

How to Apply Visibility to Set Specific Song Notes in Set Lists

1. Select the checkbox for the Song in the Set List that you would like to apply Visibility to Set Specific Notes on.
2. Click on the Visibility dropdown menu in the Set Specific Notes section in the right column.
3. Select any Groups or Accounts that you would like to share the Set Specific Notes with from the dropdown.

Once Visibility has been applied, you will see Groups and Users have access to view the Set Specific Notes below the Visibility field.
