How to Add Guest Performers to Songs in Set Lists

You can add Guest Performers to Songs in your Set Lists using the Set List Module in Master Tour 3.

How to Navigate to the Set List Module

Within Master Tour, select the Tour Date that you would like to Guest Performers to Songs in a Set List for.

1. Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu in the upper left of the application.
2. Select an Organization.
3. Select a Tour from the Tour Selector dropdown menu.
4. Select a Tour Date in the Tour Date List on the right of the application.

Click on Set List in the left menu.

How to Add Guest Performers to Songs in Set Lists

1. Select the checkbox for the Song in the Set List that you would like to add a Guest Performer to.
2. Click on the Add Guest Performer button in the right column.

In the Guest Performer section, populate the Name and Instrument fields. Clicking out of the fields will automatically save your information.

You will then see the Guest Performer details in the right column.
