Tour Personnel can be viewed within Master Tour 3, the Web Portal, and Master Tour Mobile.

How to View Tour Personnel in Master Tour
Within Master Tour, select the Tour that you would like to view Tour Personnel for.
- Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu.
- Select an Organization.
- Select a Tour from the Tour Selector dropdown menu.
Next:
- Click on the Gear icon to the right of the Tour Name at the top of the application.
- Click into the Personnel section within the Tour Section in the left menu.
You will then see Tour Personnel sorted by Last Name, along with First Name, Role, Title, Company, Phone, and Email details.
If you would like to view the details of a Tour Personnel record:
- Select the Checkbox to the left of the Tour Personnel's last name.
- You will see the Tour Personnel details open in a column on the right.
You can click on the Close link in the upper right corner of the Personnel Record to exit the record.
How to View Tour Personnel in the Web Portal
Within the Web Portal, click on the My Tours link in the top menu bar or click on the My Tours link on the left side of the Web Portal home page.
On the next page, click on the row for the Organization and Tour that you would like to view Tour Personnel for.
Click on the Tour Personnel row at the top of the Tour page.
You will be directed to the Tour Personnel page. On this page, you will see Tour Personnel records, sorted by Role, along with Name, Title, Phone, and Email details.
How to View Tour Personnel in Master Tour Mobile
Within Master Tour Mobile, tap the Organization and Tour that you would like to view Tour Personnel for.
Next, tap on the Crew button in the bottom menu.
You will be directed to the Crew screen. On this page, you will see Tour Personnel records, sorted by Role, along with Name and Title.
If you would like to view the details of a Tour Personnel record, tap the Tour Personnel's name. You will see the Tour Personnel details open below their name.
