You can create new Personnel records, as well as add existing contacts and Users from your current set of User Groups within Master Tour’s Tour Personnel section.

How to Navigate to Tour Personnel
Within Master Tour, select the Tour that you would like to add Tour Personnel to.
- Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu.
- Select an Organization.
- Select a Tour from the Tour Selector dropdown menu.
Next:
- Click on the Gear icon to the right of the Tour Name at the top of the application.
- Click into the Personnel section within the Tour Section in the left menu.
How to Add New Tour Personnel
Click on the Add New Personnel button in the upper right corner of the Personnel table.
You will see the new Personnel record created in the right-hand column. Within that section, you can add information such as Name, Personnel Details, Per Diem, Radio Details, and Bus Details. You will also be able to select the Visibility settings for the Personnel record, to determine who can view this record. This information will automatically save after you click out of the field or make a new selection.
If you would like to add additional details such as Phone Number and Email Address for this new Personnel Contact, click on the Edit Contact Details link below the Contact's name. You will then be directed to the Contacts & Companies area.
You can click on the Close link in the upper right corner of the Personnel Record to exit the record.
How to Add Existing Groups, Users, and Contacts to Tour Personnel
Click on the Add Existing Contact button in the upper right corner of the Personnel table.
From the dropdown menu that appears select from any existing Groups, Users, or Contacts.
You will see the added Personnel record details open in a column on the right. Within that section, you can add information such as Per Diem, Radio Details, and Bus Details. You will also be able to set Visibility for the Personnel record to determine who can see it. This information automatically saves after you click out of the field or make a selection.
You can use the Close link in the upper right corner of the Personnel Record to exit the record.
