How to View the Tour Date Dashboard

You can view the Tour Date Dashboard in Master Tour 3.

How to View the Tour Date Dashboard

Within Master Tour, select the Tour Date that you would like to view the Tour Date Dashboard for.

1. Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu in the upper left of the application.
2. Select an Organization.
3. Select a Tour from the Tour Selector dropdown menu.
4. Select a Tour Date in the Tour Date List on the right of the application.

If you are in another module for the Tour Date such as Events or Hotels, you can click on the Dashboard link at the top of the left menu or you can use the keyboard shortcut of ⌘1 on a Mac, or Ctrl+1 in Windows.

The Tour Date Dashboard is made up of three columns of Widgets.

1. The left column contains the Schedule Widget.
2. The middle column contains the Notes, Local Time & Weather, and Local Map Widgets.
3. The right column contains the Visibility, Venues, Hotels, and Key Contacts Widgets.
