By default, all Tour Dates are visible to any User with access to the Tour. You can apply Visibility to Tour Dates to allow only certain Users to access the Tour Date. Note: Users with Administrator, Accounting, or Manager Organization Permissions will be able to view all Tour Dates, regardless of Visibility settings.

How to Navigate to the Tour Date Dashboard
Within Master Tour, select the Tour Date that you would like to view the Tour Date Dashboard for.
- Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu in the upper left of the application.
- Select an Organization.
- Select a Tour from the Tour Selector dropdown menu.
- Select a Tour Date in the Tour Date List on the right of the application.
If you are in another module for the Tour Date such as Events or Hotels, you can click on the Dashboard link at the top of the left menu or you can use the keyboard shortcut of ⌘1 on a Mac, or Ctrl+1 in Windows.
How to Use the Day Visibility Widget
The Day Visibility Widget is located in the right column of the Tour Date Dashboard.
Click into the Set Visibility dropdown to set Visibility for the Tour Date.
In the dropdown, select any Users and User Groups that you would like to share the Tour Date with.
You will then see any Users or User Groups that the Tour Date is shared with listed in the Day Visibility Widget.
Click on the X for any Users or User Groups that you would like to remove from Visibility.
