You can view a Tour Date's Key Contacts using the Key Contacts Widget in the Dashboard Module in Master Tour 3.

How to Navigate to the Tour Date Dashboard
Within Master Tour, select the Tour Date that you would like to view the Tour Date Dashboard for.
- Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu in the upper left of the application.
- Select an Organization.
- Select a Tour from the Tour Selector dropdown menu.
- Select a Tour Date in the Tour Date List on the right of the application.
If you are in another module for the Tour Date such as Events or Hotels, you can click on the Dashboard link at the top of the left menu or you can use the keyboard shortcut of ⌘1 on a Mac, or Ctrl+1 in Windows.
How to Use the Key Contacts Widget
The Key Contacts Widget is located in the right column of the Tour Date Dashboard.
The Key Contacts Widget allows you to see contact information for Key Contacts associated with Events and Hotels for the Tour Date.
