You can change the Calendar Date for Tour Dates using Master Tour 3. Note that changing the date will update all Schedule and Travel Items for the date and mark them as unconfirmed.
Note: If you have any Flight Legs that are subscribed to FlightAware updates on that Tour Date, you will have to delete those Travel Items or Flight Legs, in order to change the calendar date on your Tour Date. Flight numbers often have different routes at different times of the week or in different seasons. To ensure that you're subscribed to the correct flight updates, Master Tour requires you to delete the Flight Legs & Travel Items before changing the calendar date on your Tour Date. After the Tour Date has had its calendar date changed, you can add any Travel Items and Flight Legs you need on that Tour Date. How to Navigate to a Tour Date
Within Master Tour, select the Tour Date that you would like to change the Calendar Date for.
- Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu.
- Select an Organization.
- Select a Tour from the Tour Selector dropdown menu.
- Select a Tour Date in the Tour Date List on the right of the application.
How to Change the Calendar Date for Tour Dates
Click on the Calendar Date in the upper right of the application.
Click on the Yes button to confirm that you would like to change the Calendar Date for the Tour Date.
Select the new date using the Calendar Date Selector.
Once the new date is selected, you will see the updated Calendar Date.
Troubleshoot: Not Able to Change Date
When attempting to change the date on a day with flight-based travel items, the following error messsage will appear.
To resolve, you must first delete the flight items within your Travel section for your day, then click on the date at the top right corner.
