You can select the type of day for each of your Tour Dates using Master Tour's Day Type options, including Show Day, Travel Day, Day Off, and more. The Day Type will be displayed in Master Tour 3 and can be included in Print Reports.
Show Day
Show Days are used to indicate days with Events. When using this Day Type, you could include the use of Master Tour functionality such as Venues, Promoters, Production, Facilities, Hotels, Travel, Schedule, Schedule Templates, Tasks & Notes, Guest Lists, Set Lists, Accounting, Attachments, and Visibility.
Travel Day
Travel Days are used to indicate days dedicated to Travel for your tour. This Day Type could include the use of Master Tour functionality such as Air Travel, Ground Travel, Rail Travel, Sea Travel, Hotels, Schedule, Schedule Templates, Visibility, and Tasks & Notes.
Day Off
Days Off are used to indicate days that are a day off for Management, Crew, and your Artist. When using this Day Type, consider including the use of Master Tour functionality such as Hotels, Schedule, Schedule Templates, Visibility, and Tasks & Notes.
Rehearsal Day
Rehearsal Days are dedicated to rehearsals for your production. This Day Type could include the use of Master Tour functionality such as Schedule, Schedule Templates, Visibility, Hotels, Travel, and Tasks & Notes.
Promo Day
Promo Days are used to indicate days dedicated to Promotion for your artist. When using this Day Type, consider including the use of Master Tour functionality such as Schedule Items with Publicity, Schedule Templates, Hotels, Travel, and Tasks & Notes.
Production Day
Production Days are days dedicated to production for an upcoming event. When using this Day Type, you could include the use of Master Tour functionality such as Schedule, Schedule Templates, Visibility, Hotels, Travel, Tasks & Notes.

Home Days designate days that you & your crew are off the road, at home. This Day Type could include the use of Master Tour functionality such as Schedule, Schedule Templates, Visibility, Travel, and Tasks & Notes.
Studio Day
Studio Days are used to indicate days that your artist is working in the studio. When using this Day Type, consider including the use of Master Tour functionality such as Hotels, Travel, Schedule, Schedule Templates, Visibility, and Tasks & Notes.
Load-in Day
Load-in Days designate days used for the load-in process for an event or a series of events. This Day Type could include the use of Master Tour functionality such as Venues, Production, Facilities, Hotels, Travel, Schedule, Schedule Templates, Tasks & Notes, and Visibility.
Writing Day
Writing Days are used to indicate days dedicated to your artist writing and working out new material. When using this Day Type, consider including the use of Master Tour functionality such as Hotels, Travel, Schedule, Schedule Templates, Tasks & Notes, and Visibility.
New Day
New Days can be are used to indicate days that are not yet ready to be assigned any of the above Day Types.
