How to View Tour Dates

Tour Dates can be viewed using Master Tour 3, the Web Portal, and Master Tour Mobile.

How to View Tour Dates in Master Tour 3

Within Master Tour, select the Tour Date that you would like to view.

1. Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu.
2. Select an Organization.
3. Select a Tour from the Tour Selector dropdown menu.
4. Select a Tour Date in the Tour Date List on the right of the application.

You will be directed to the Dashboard for the Tour Date.

1. Left Menu with access to modules for the Tour Date such as Events, Hotels, and Schedule.
2. Tour Date Name and Location.
3. Tour Date Dashboard with widgets for the Tour Date such as Schedule, Notes, and Venues.

How to View Tour Dates in the Web Portal

In the Web Portal, click on the My Tours link in the menu bar in the upper left of the page.

Click into the Tour that contains the Tour Date that you want to view in the My Tours page.

Click into the Tour Date that you want to view.

You will be directed to the Tour Date.

1. Tour Date, Tour Date Name, and Location.
2. Tabs to view Itinerary, Event, and Hotel details.

How to View Tour Dates in Master Tour Mobile

1. Tap on the Organization & Tour Selector menu at the top of the application.
2. Select the Organization & Tour that you would like to view a Tour Date for.

On the next screen tap on the Tour Date that you want to see the Tour Date Details for.

You will then be taken to the Tour Date screen.

1. Tabs to view Schedule, Event, Hotel, and Local details.
2. Tour Date, Tour Date Name, and Location.
