You can view Users and User Details using the User Module in Master Tour 3 or the My Users section in the Web Portal. In Master Tour 3, if a user has updated their own profile info or if you have updated their contact info, you will be able to see the User's Organization Permission, Contact Details, Personnel Details, Travel Preferences, Swag Sizes, History, Immigration Documents, and information such as Frequent Flyer, Emergency, Diet and Family. In the Web Portal, you will be able to see Email Address, Subscription Type, and Organization Permissions.

How to View User Details in Master Tour 3
Within Master Tour, select the Organization that you would like to view Users or User Details in.
- Click on the Gear icon to the right of the Tour Name at the top of the application.
- Click into the Users section within the Organization Section in the left menu.
You will then see Users sorted by Last Name, along with Profile Picture, Name, Preferred Name, Email Address, and visual indicators that show User Type (Phone icon = Mobile User, Monitor icon = Professional User), User Groups that they belong to, and if they have shared their Crew Profile information with the Organization (Handshake icon).
If you would like to view the details of a User record:
- Select the Checkbox to the left of the User.
- You will see the User details open in a column on the right.
How to View User Details in the Web Portal
At the web portal at my.eventric.com, click on the My Users link in the upper left in the top menu bar.
On the next page, use the Select Organization dropdown menu to choose a specific Organization or All Organizations.
You will then see Users sorted by Last Name, along with Email Address, Subscription Type, and a Credit Card icon that indicates that the User Account is billed to your User Account. Click a User's name or email if you would like to see details for the User.
On the User Details page in the Web Portal, you can see information such as Billing, Subscription Level, and Organization Permissions.
