If you need to login with a new email address on Master Tour Desktop, then please try a 'Factory Reset.' You can do so by following these steps:
- Open Master Tour 3 (desktop app).
At the top left menubar where File & Edit are located, click on the 'Help' header.
- From the 'Help' header dropdown, click on 'Factory Reset'. Please keep in mind that this will not affect your previously synced data. It will only refresh the backend files of the Master Tour 3 software
