Organizations are the top-level tool for managing Tours and Users. You can create as many Organizations as you need to manage your tours. Users can exist in more than one Organization allowing you to segment your artists and their Tours easily. Users will only have access to Organizations that they are a member of and will only see Tours for that Organization that they have permission to view.
Organization, Tour and User Hierarchy in Master Tour
In the image below, you can see in Master Tour:
- Organizations listed in the Organization Selector.
- Active Tours for the selected Organization.
In the below image you can see the within the Users section in Master Tour:
- The currently selected Organization.
- Users that belong to the Organization.
From here, you can add and remove Users as well as manage their Organization Permissions.
Organization, Tour and User Hierarchy in the Web Portal
In the image below, you can see in the My Tours section of the Web Portal:
- The Organization Name.
- The Tour Name.
In the image below, you can see the Organization Selector in the My Users section of the Web Portal. This allows you to manage Users and Organization Permissions for the selected Organization.
With an Organization selected, you can see:
- The Organization Name.
- The User Table.
From here, you can add Users as well as manage their Organization Permissions and access.
