Tours can be viewed using Master Tour 3, the Web Portal, and Master Tour Mobile.

How to View a Tour in Master Tour 3
Within Master Tour, select the Tour that you would like to view.
- Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu.
- Select an Organization.
- Select a Tour from the Tour Selector dropdown menu.
You will then see a list of Tour Dates on the right of the application. Clicking into any Tour Date will bring you to the Tour Date Dashboard for that day allowing you to see Schedule, Hotel, and Event information, along with Key Contacts and Notes for the date.
How to View a Tour in the Web Portal
In the Web Portal, click on the My Tours link in the menu bar in the upper left of the page.
Click into the Tour that you want to view in the My Tours page.
You will be directed to a page that displays a list of Tour Dates. Clicking into any Tour Date will direct you to Itinerary, Event, and Hotel information.
How to View a Tour in Master Tour Mobile
To view a Tour in Master Tour Mobile:
- Tap on the Dates button at the bottom left of the application.
- Tap on the Tour that you would like to view.
You will be directed to a screen that displays a list of Tour Dates. Clicking into any Tour Date will direct you to Schedule, Event, and Hotel information.
Tapping on the Calendar icon in the upper right corner of the app will allow you to Hide or Show Past Tour Dates. If the Calendar button is green, past Tour Dates are displayed. If the Calendar button is white, previous Tour Dates are hidden from view.
