Archiving a Tour allows you to remove the Tour from your active Tours list in Master Tour 3. Archiving a Tour does not affect Tours in the Web Portal or Master Tour Mobile.

How to Navigate to Tour Settings
Within Master Tour, select the Tour that you would like to archive.
- Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu.
- Select an Organization.
- Select a Tour from the Tour Selector dropdown menu.
- Click on the Gear icon to the right of your Tour Name at the top of the application.
- Click into the Settings section within the Tour Section in the left menu.
How to Archive a Tour
In the left column:
- Navigate to the Tour is archived? setting.
- Click on the toggle button and select Yes, to archive the Tour.
The Tour will now appear in the Archived Tour section at the bottom of the Tour Selector menu.
