How to Reset Your Password

To reset your password in Master Tour Mobile, open the application and then tap the Reset Password link.

You will be directed to the Reset Password screen:

1. Enter your email address in the Registered Email field.
2. Click the Send Reset Email button to have a Password Reset Email sent to you.

Within a few minutes, you'll be sent an email with a subject line of Master Tour Password Reset from info@eventric.com. Click on the Reset Password Now button in the email.

You will be directed to a page where you can update your password. 

1. Enter your Email address in the Enter your email field.
2. Enter a new password in the Enter a new password field.
3. Re-type the new password in the Re-type new password field.
4. Click on the Update My Password button to finalize your password reset.

You will now be able to login with your new password.

From the login screen at my.eventric.com:

Click on the Forgot Password? link.

You will be directed to the Reset Password page:

1. Enter your email address in the Registered Email field.
2. Click the Send Reset Email button to have a Password Reset Email sent to you.

You will be directed to a page where you can update your password. 

1. Enter your Email address in the Enter your email field.
2. Enter a new password in the Enter a new password field.
3. Re-type the new password in the Re-type new password field.
4. Click on the Update My Password button to finalize your password reset.

You will now be able to login with your new password.
