Once your trial period ends, we certainly hope that you decide to continue using Master Tour. All of the data entered into Master Tour during your trial period will still be there for you to use.
A Master Tour Professional subscription requires a fee paid monthly or annually. If you would like to downgrade to a Mobile - Free Subscription click here for instructions. Note, that with a Mobile subscription you will no longer be able to edit and create Tours.
How to Subscribe To a Professional Subscription in the Web Portal
Click here to login and access the Subscription & Billing section of the Web Portal.
If you do not remember your password, click here for instructions on how to reset it.
Next, choose the frequency of your subscription by selecting the appropriate box.
Next, add your information and update your subscription.
- Add your Billing Information.
- Add your Credit Card Information.
- Click the Update Subscription button.
You will then see a confirmation message letting you know that your subscription has updated.

Note: If your trial has already expired, you will not be able to login to the Desktop Application. You will want to click here for instructions using the Web Portal.
- Click on your Profile Picture in the top right corner of the application.
- Choose Subscription & Billing from the dropdown menu.
Next, enter your Billing and Payment information.
- Add your Billing Information.
- Add your Payment Information.
Next, scroll down and choose the frequency of the subscription:
- Choose the frequency of the subscription by selecting the appropriate box.
- Click the Update Subscription button.
You will then see a confirmation message letting you know that your subscription has been updated.
