Master Tour 3 contains the ability to add information from your Advance/Events tab directly onto any custom print template of your choice through a Venue Print Block. Follow the steps below to begin applying your venue's technical details onto any of your custom print templates.
How To Add Venue Details To Your Custom Print Template
- On Master Tour 3, click on File >> Print at the top left corner of your screen.
- Once on the Template Gallery, click on the Edit (pencil) button to edit an existing template or click on Add Template on the left to add a new template from scratch.
- From the template editor view, click + drag a Venue block to your blank row or column.
- From the right side, select any of the Merge Fields of information you'd like to apply. After applying it, your merge field will appear highlighted in a blue shade.
Applying Custom Advance Template Fields To Your Print Template
After applying custom fields to your Advance template for your show day, these custom fields will appear within your list of available Merge Fields when editing a print template, as long as there is info populated from within your advance template. To find them, look for the Custom header from the print editor view and click on it to expand it.
From your list of your populated custom fields, click on any you'd like to apply onto your template.
Exporting Your Advance Print Template
Print templates export to PDF directly from Master Tour 3, to do so:
- Click on Print Preview at the top right corner from within the template editor. This will show you a preview of how your information will reflect on the export.
- Once on the preview, you can toggle between any of your day's Events on the right side and click on PRINT once you're ready to export.
