Setting up and updating your Master Tour Crew Profile allows you to share important and current Personal Information and Tour Preferences with your Organization's Administrators. You can also share information such as Experience, Skills, and Credentials with the Eventric Crew Directory. The Eventric Crew Directory is a private network for touring professionals. You can personalize the level of detail you choose to share by configuring your Privacy Settings.

How to Update Your Profile in Master Tour 3
How to Navigate to My Profile
- Click on your Profile Picture in the top right corner of the application.
- Choose My Profile from the dropdown menu.
How to Update Your Profile Image
On the My Profile screen, you can either drag & drop your new image on top of your old Profile Image - or - you can hover your mouse over your old Profile Image and click on the Change Image link to upload an image.
How to Update Your General Information
Click on the General tab to update information such as Name, Phone Number, Emergency Contact, and Swag Size information. Changes to these fields are saved automatically.
How to Update Your Address Information
Click on the Address tab to update information such as Address, License Number, and License State or Country. Changes to these fields are saved automatically.
How to Update Your Family Information
Click on the Family tab to update information such as Marital Status, Children's Names, and Notes. Changes to these fields are saved automatically.
How to Update Your Travel Preferences
Click on the Travel Preferences tab to update information such as Hotel, Bus, and Flight preferences. Changes to these fields are saved automatically.
How to Update Your Crew Profile in the Web Portal
How to Navigate to My Crew Profile
- Click on your Name in the upper-right of the page.
- Choose My Crew Profile from the dropdown menu.
How to Update Your Profile Image
To replace your profile image, click on the green Upload button in the top right corner of the page and select an image file from your computer.
How to Update Your Personal Information
In the Personal Information tab, you can update information such as Name, Nickname, and Phone Number.
Within the Personal Information tab:
- Update any fields in this section.
- Click the Update Profile Settings button to save your details.
How to Update Your Family Information
In the Family Information tab, you can update information such as Marital Status, Spouse Name, and Family Notes.

- Update any fields in this section.
- Click the Update Profile Settings button to save your details.
How to Update Your Public Profile
In the Public Profile tab, you can update details that will be searchable and viewable within the Eventric Crew Directory, if your Extended Profile has been enabled.

- Update any fields in this section.
- Click the Update Profile Settings button to save your details.
How to Update Your Skills & Credentials
In the Skills & Credentials tab, you can update details that will be searchable and viewable within the Eventric Crew Directory, if your Extended Profile has been enabled.
- Click on the Skills & Credentials tab.
- Select the relevant checkboxes in this section.
- Click the Update Profile Settings button to save your details.
How to Update Your Tour Preferences
In the Tour Preferences tab, you can update information such as Hotel, Bus, and Flight preferences.
- Click on the Tour Preferences tab.
- Update any fields and select the relevant checkboxes in this section.
- Click the Update Profile Settings button to save your details.
How to Update Your Privacy Settings
Master Tour's Privacy Settings allow you to determine how much information you would like to share in the Eventric Crew Directory. You can also decide which Organizations you would like to share your personal profile with and which Organizations you would like to receive reminder notifications from.
To access your Privacy Settings, click on the Privacy Settings tab.
Next, in the Public Profile Privacy section, you can choose what level of information you would like to make available to the Eventric Crew Directory.
In the Organizations with Profile Sharing Enabled section, select which Organizations you would like to share your Personal Information, Family Information, and Tour Preferences with. Note that selecting an Organization will share all of your personal profile details with the Administrators of that Organization. Click here for more information about sharing your profile.
Next, in the Organizations with Reminders Enabled section:
- Select which Organizations you would like to receive Push Notification Reminders for Schedule Items from.
- Click the Update Profile Settings button to save your settings.
How to Update Your Profile in Master Tour Mobile
How to Navigate to My Profile
- Tap on the More button in the bottom right of the application.
- Choose My Profile from the menu.
How to Update Your Profile Image in Master Tour Mobile
On the My Profile screen, tap on Change Profile Image link below your current Profile Image. You will be prompted to select a new image. Once selected, you will see your new Profile Image on the My Profile screen.
How to Update Your Basic Contact Information
Click on any of the Contact Information fields to update information such as Name, Nickname, and Phone Number. Changes to these fields are saved automatically.
