Using User Groups can make sure only particular Users are notified when using Master Tour's Send Message functionality. User Groups can also be utilized with our Visibility functionality, allowing you to make sure only specific Users within your Organization can access Tours, Tour Dates, Schedule Items, Hotel Records, Travel Records, Set Lists, and Attachments.
