If you do not see your Organization in the Master Tour Desktop Application for Mac and PC, please check the following:
Check Disabled Organizations
To check to see if the Organization is Disabled within Master Tour, follow these steps:
- Click on the Organization drop-down menu.
- Expand the Disabled Organizations section.
- Click into the Organization Name that you would like to enable.
Note: If you do not see the Disabled Organizations section or do not see the Organization that you are looking for, please click here for further instructions.
Next, click on the "Sync" button.
Once the Sync process is complete, you will be directed to that Organization within Master Tour.
Check Your Email
Check your email account to see if you were added to the Organization with the correct email address. When you are added to an Organization you are sent an email from "info@eventric.com" with a subject line of "Share your profile with 'Organization's Name' Tour."
If you cannot locate this email, check with your Administrator to make sure you were added with the correct email address. If you were not, please have the Administrator add you with the correct email address.
Check Your Crew Profile
Click here to login and access the "My Crew Profile" page at my.eventric.com.
Next, click into the Privacy Settings Tab.
Next, check the "Organizations with Profile Sharing Enabled" section to see if the Organization is listed.
If it is listed, check with your Administrator to make sure you are set with the correct Permissions for the Organization. You will only see Organizations in the Desktop App where your permission level is set to Administrator, Accounting, or Manager.
If it is not listed, check with your Administrator to make sure you were added with the correct email address. If you were not, please have the Administrator add you with the correct email address.
