Master Tour allows you to configure if you would like email confirmations to be automatically sent to your guests when Guest List requests are approved. Manager, Accounting, or Administrator Organization Permissions are required to configure this functionality.

If the Guest List request is submitted through Master Tour 3, the email address in the Email Notify field will be notified when a Guest List request is approved. Click here for information on adding Guest List requests in Master Tour 3.
If the Guest List request is submitted through the Web Portal, the email address in the Email field will be notified when a Guest List request is approved. Click here for information on adding Guest List requests in the Web Portal.
If the Guest List request is submitted through Master Tour Mobile, the email address in the Contact Email field will be notified when a Guest List request is approved. Click here for information on adding Guest List requests in Master Tour Mobile.
Locate the Guest List Settings Section
- Click on the Gear Icon to the right of your Tour Name at the top of the application.
- Click into the Guest List Section within the Organization Settings Section in the left menu.
Enable Notification Emails
To enable Guest List notifications, click on the toggle button for the Send guest list notification emails to requestor on approval? setting to select Yes.
Disable Notification Emails
To disable Guest List notifications, click on the toggle button for the Send guest list notification emails to requestor on approval? setting to select No.
