Master Tour Venue 1.1.0 brings new venue branding controls, improved navigation, and a broad set of stability and usability fixes across the admin and tech pack experience.
New Features
- Venue admins can now control whether the Venue Name and Stage Name are displayed on the Tech Pack, with a live preview available directly on the Venue Stage screen.
- Users who log in without venue permissions are now automatically redirected to their Profile page, with venue-related navigation removed to reduce confusion.
Improvements to Existing Features
- The Venue and Stage selector dropdowns in the navigation bar are now scrollable, making it easier to find and switch between venues and stages in longer lists.
- The application version number is now displayed in the footer across both the Admin and Tech Pack views.
- Stage Name and Venue Name visibility checkboxes are now disabled for Venue Staff users, preventing accidental changes to Tech Pack display settings.
- Save and update operations across venues and stages now use optimistic loading, so changes feel faster and the UI responds immediately.
Bug Fixes
- Adding a single stage no longer triggers multiple "stage added" notifications.
- When renaming a stage permalink to a name already in use within the same venue, a descriptive error message is now shown instead of a generic failure.
- Venue Staff users were sometimes unexpectedly logged out of the application after saving data - this has been resolved.
- Drag and drop into the profile image uploader was not working and has been fixed.
- Production > Contacts and Production > General Venue Info data was not clearing correctly when navigating away from the page - this is now handled properly.
- The Contact Label field under Production > General Info is now correctly marked as required.
- Files over 2MB can now be downloaded on iOS Chrome.
- Latitude and Longitude values were being incorrectly modified when trailing zeroes were present - this is now fixed.
- The Venue Website field was not updating when switching between venues and will now always reflect the selected venue.
- Video previews for certain attachment types on the Tech Pack were not rendering - this has been corrected.
- Staff and Crew profile changes now persist without requiring a page reload.
- If a password is found to be compromised in a known data breach, a clear error message is now shown at login.
- A subtle bottom scrollbar was appearing on the Tech Pack in Windows browsers - this has been resolved.
- Newly onboarded venues no longer show styling issues on the Tech Pack before the first save is submitted.
