Setting a stage as inactive will hide the stage from the public tech pack. These can be kept for record keeping, future reference, or pending further updates. To change an active stage to an inactive stage on a venue record click on the Deactivate Stage button on the bottom left of the stage’s record.
A window will then appear in the middle of the screen. Click on Deactivate once more to confirm the change.
The stage has now been moved to the Inactive Stages tab to the right of the Active Stages tab, and will remain there until its deletion or reactivation.
