The Production section allows you to add, manage, and view production information for your venue.
This article covers how to:
Adding General Venue Info
- Select the Production tab on the left side of the screen when at the homepage of Master Tour Venue.
- In the top left, click on the General Venue Info tab.
In this window a user can enter or edit basic information about the venue such as names, address information, and contact information. When all additions and changes have been made select the Save Changes button on the right side of the screen.
Editing Contact List
To access the current list of contacts tied to the venue that is viewable in the tech pack, click on the Contacts tab to the right of General Venue Info.
Users can edit the order of the public-facing contacts list in their production info by clicking and dragging the handle icon on the left.
Additionally, users can also use the up/down arrows to the right of each contact to reassign the order of a venue’s contact list.
If an order change has been made make sure to select Save Changes for the new version to be saved to the Contacts section.
If there are any missing contacts, or contacts that do not need to be on the list in the Production Info page, please head to the Staff/Crew section to readjust what users are on the Public-Facing Tech Pack for the selected venue.
Adding Production Information
To access the production information page of a venue select the Production tab to the right of the Contacts list.
In this window users are able to enter and edit any information pertaining to their stage in their venue. This will include information pertaining to Staging, Loading, Rigging, Power, Show, and House specifications that are relevant to the stage/venue. When all information has been entered and updated click on the save changes button to the right of the screen.
Adding Facility Information
To access the Facility information page of a venue select the Facility tab to the right of the Production tab.
In this window users are able to enter and edit information pertaining to the Facility, Parking, and Technology information such as wifi, IP, etc. For adding attachments to your Facilities section refer to the support article here.
When all information has been entered and updated click on the save changes button to the right of the screen.
Adding Equipment Information
To access the Facility information page of a venue select the Equipment tab to the right of the Production tab.
In this window users are able to enter and edit information pertaining to the Equipment specifications of the venue. For adding attachments to your Equipment section refer to the support article here.
When all information has been entered and updated click on the save changes button to the right of the screen.
Adding Logistics Information
To access the Facility information page of a venue select the Logistics tab to the right of the Production tab.
In this window users are able to enter and edit information pertaining to logistical information for the venue such as nearest airport, hotels, points of interest, etc. For adding attachments to your Logistics section refer to the support article here.
When all information has been entered and updated click on the save changes button to the right of the screen.
Adding Local Crew Information
To access the Facility information page of a venue select the Logistics tab to the right of the Production tab.
In this window users are able to enter and edit information pertaining to the local crew for the selected venue. For adding attachments to your Local Crew section refer to the support article here.
When all information has been entered and updated click on the save changes button to the right of the screen.
