Advance Templates allow you to quickly add an entire Advance layout for your Event, to make things even quicker and easier for advancing your events.
Your Advance Templates section for your Organization is located in your Organization Settings. You can get there by clicking on the Settings gear icon at the top of Master Tour, then clicking on the Advances section on the left:
Once in the Advance Templates section, you can Add Advance Templates from scratch by clicking the Add Advance Template button in the top right corner, then you are able to edit the Template exactly the same as you would in Design Mode in an Event Advance. Check out the Advancing Events article for more detailed instructions on Designing your Advance.
You are also able to save existing Advances from your Events - so if you create an Advance that you like on an Event, you can just save it as an Advance Template:
Once you have an Advance Template saved, you can add that Advance to any Event by clicking the Add Advance dropdown in the Advance section, then selecting the Advance Template you want to use:
