How to Add Tech Notes to Songs in the Song List

You can add Tech Notes for each of the Songs in your Song List using the Song List Module in Master Tour 3. You can also add, edit, & share Tech Notes for these songs in Master Tour 3.

How to Navigate to the Song List Module

Within Master Tour, select the Organization that you would like to add Tech Notes for Songs in the Song List for.

1. Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu.
2. Select an Organization.
3. Select a Tour if there are any Tours added to the Organization.

1. Click on the Gear Icon to the right of your Tour Name at the top of the application.
2. Click into the Song List Section within Organization Settings in the left menu.

How to Add Tech Notes to Songs in the Song List

1. Click on the Song that you would like to add Tech Notes to.
2. Click on the Add Tech Note button in the right column.

You can then click into the Note field to add your Tech Notes. Clicking out of the field will automatically save your Notes.
