You can add Promotes to Events using the Promoter Module in Master Tour 3.

How to Navigate to the Promoter Module
Within Master Tour, select the Tour Date that you would like to add a Promoter to.
- Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu in the upper left of the application.
- Select an Organization.
- Select a Tour from the Tour Selector dropdown menu.
- Select a Tour Date in the Tour Date List on the right of the application.
- Click on Events in the left menu.
- Click on Promoter in the Events menu.
How to Add Promoters
Click on the + icon for Add Promoter.
In the Promoter field, start typing in the name of the Promoter.
Master Tour will then perform a search with Google.
- If your Promoter appears, select them from the list.
- Click on the Select button.
If your Promoter does not appear in the search results, you can enter their details manually.
- Populate the Promoter, Street Address, City, State, Postal Code, and Country fields.
- Click on the Select button.
You will then be directed to the Promoter module. From here, you can update or add any Promoter Details, Notes, and Contact Information. You will also be able to associate Key Contacts with the Promoter. Any changes that you make will be automatically saved when clicking out of a field or making a new selection from a dropdown.
