You can add Local Crew Details for Events using the Local Crew Module in Master Tour 3.

How to Navigate to the Local Crew Module
Within Master Tour, select the Tour Date that you would like to add Local Crew Details to.
- Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu in the upper left of the application.
- Select an Organization.
- Select a Tour from the Tour Selector dropdown menu.
- Select a Tour Date in the Tour Date List on the right of the application.
- Click on Events in the left menu.
- Click on Local Crew in the Events menu.
How to Add Local Crew Details
In the Crew Details section, you will see inline editable fields for Local Union, Minimum In, Minimum Out, Penalties, and Crew Comments. Click into the editable text to add your data. The information will save when you click out of the field.
