You can find specific Contact and Company Records by using the Search functionality in the Organization Contacts & Companies Module in Master Tour 3. You can search for Contacts by First Name, Last Name, City, and Notes. You can search for Companies using Company Name, City, and Notes.

How to Navigate to Contacts & Companies
Within Master Tour, select the Organization that you would like to search for Contacts and Companies in.
- Click on the Organization Selector dropdown menu.
- Select an Organization.
- Select a Tour if there are any Tours added to the Organization.
Click on the Contacts & Companies button in the upper right of the application.
How to Search Contacts & Companies
Use the Search Organization Contacts field in the upper left corner of the Contacts & Companies Table to search for specific Contacts by First Name, Last Name, City, and Notes. You can search for Companies by Company Name, City, and Notes.
Once your Search is complete, you will see the Contact or Company record in the Contact & Company Table’s left column, and the Contact or Company record details in the right-hand column.
