Master Tour’s free Mobile account allows crew members to view itineraries, submit guest list requests, receive push notifications, and more.
How to Sign Up for a Mobile Account at Eventric.com
Click here to access our Pricing & Sign Up page.
From that page, scroll down to the Mobile section and click on the GET STARTED button.
- In the Create an Account section, please fill out all of the requested fields and click the checkbox to indicate that you agree to Eventric’s terms.
- Click the Sign Up button to submit your request.
You will then see a confirmation message letting you know that "A Validation Email Is On Its Way."
You will receive an email with the subject line of "Master Tour Account Confirmation." In the email, click the Validate Now button to complete the Sign Up process.
You will then see a confirmation message letting you know that "Your Account Has Been Validated.
Be sure to download the Master Tour Mobile app from your device's app store.
IMPORTANT: Your account must be added to an existing Organization before you can view or sync Tour information.
If you have not yet been added, please contact your Organization Admin or Tour Manager. If you have already been added, follow the steps in this article to enable the Organization in Master Tour Mobile and access its Tour information on your device.
