Master Tour 3 uses its automatic syncing system to share all of the data that you input with all of the users in your organization, on both Master Tour Mobile and the Master Tour Desktop App. When you are online, the Master Tour Desktop Application will automatically sync your changes every time that you update a field. Master Tour also allows you to fully work offline, cataloging all of your changes & syncing these updates as soon as you regain connectivity.

While Master Tour 3 is set up to sync automatically, you can also choose to manually sync your information at any moment by clicking on the sync icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the application.
What Is a Sync Conflict?
A sync conflict may occur when two users are inputting different information for the same field, at the same time. If two users attempt to sync their information for the item simultaneously, Master Tour will prompt you to choose either your recently entered information or the info that has already been synced to the Cloud.
How to Resolve a Sync Conflict
To resolve a sync conflict, you can select which update you would like to save, between your local copy or the data synced to the Cloud.
