Master Tour's Send Message functionality allows you to send updates, reminders, or other important details directly to your Users and User Groups. If your Users have installed and logged into Master Tour Mobile, they will receive these messages via Push Notifications on their mobile device. If they have not yet installed and logged into Master Tour Mobile, they will receive messages through email.

Locate the Send Message Section
The Send Message section is located in the lower left-hand corner of the application.
Send a Message
To send a message:
- Click on the Send Message link in the lower left-hand corner of the application.
- By default, All Users is selected as the recipients of the message.
If you do not want to send your message to all of your users, you can click on the Select Recipients drop-down menu in the upper left-hand corner to select specific Users or User Groups as the recipients of your message.
After you have selected the recipients of your message:
- Click in the Message box to compose your message.
- Click on the Send button on the right of the application to send your message.
If the User that you are sending a message to has logged into Master Tour Mobile, they will receive a Push Notification on their mobile device.
If the User that you are sending a message to has not logged into Master Tour Mobile, they will be sent an email to the email address associated with their User Account.
If the User has deactivated Push Notifications for Master Tour Mobile on their mobile device, they will not receive a notification. However, the message will be available within the Push Notifications section of Master Tour Mobile.
