This is our first public beta release of the new Master Tour Mobile! We’ve got many new improvements on the old mobile app we’re excited to share.
For all users:
- Mobile app now automatically syncs your tour data for offline use - no more manual preloading, great for low-service or no-service areas.
- Users can filter Schedule and Travel Items by User Group Visibility or Schedule Type (Travel/Schedule/Publicity).
- Completely new mobile Dashboard for viewing an entire Day at a glance.
- Users can now arrange the bottom navigation to show the sections they care about most, for quick access.
- Users can sort and filter notifications from particular organizations, and delete old notifications.
- Reminder notifications have a detail screen that can take a user to that specific schedule or travel item with one tap.
- Users can update their entire profiles, including tour preferences and their public profiles.
For Professional users with Manager or higher permissions:
- Add/edit all Schedule, Travel, and Publicity Items within the mobile app, including flights with live tracking.
- Set Visibility and Reminders on Schedule, Travel and Publicity Items.
- Create and edit Set Lists using existing Songs.
- Manage Guest List Allotments, Cutoff Times, and Lock status.
We’ve been working hard to test and improve on this app, so here’s a list of smaller improvements that we’ve worked on since our 7.1.3-beta internal and limited beta release:
Improvements to existing features
Loading progress bar now displays additional information on Organization and number of items synced.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue with creating Travel Items on Days with a Day Time Zone greater than GMT+6 or less than GMT-6.
- Fixed issue where Visibility was not being applied correctly for Users who were initially excluded from viewing a Tour/Day/Schedule Item.
- Fixed issue where viewing Schedules in Time Zones other than your current one could cause viewing issues.
- Fixed issue where some time zone abbreviation displays could appear as “GMT” instead of their appropriate time zone or GMT offset.
- Improved general Visibility function and performance.
- Fixed issue where some users would not be redirected back to their dashboard after their first sync.
- Fixed issue where Hotel Room List would display “No Hotel Contacts” instead of “No Rooms Added” when no Room List entries were present.
- Fixed missing “Bag Tag” field in Hotel Room List entries.
