Bugfix
- Android 13 and above have an expanded file permissions scheme that could cause issues with downloading attachments in recent versions of Master Tour Mobile. Android 13 and above should have no issues downloading attachments now.
- Using Master Tour Mobile with a non-English or non-Spanish language no longer shows German abbreviations for Months, Days of the Week, or other Time/Date-based abbreviations
