Managing crew / personnel availability

A feature allowing to indicate clearly who is available and or unavailable among the personnel, like by clicking in a calendar and giving a visual portrait,  would be VERY useful to us.

We often have to work with technical directors who cannot do an entire tour but could both do part of it. Sometimes some of the artists have other engagements that came before. This would help us plan who we can hire and when depending on their availability.

If the free users could be able to indicate their availability via the app, that would be even better. You could add the option for the manager to approve the new availability.
