So the organisation is a band.

We have 3 different productions for this band and the users are not the same for all productions. I can only create a user for the organisation but then they see all three productions we are working on.

Is there a way to fix my problem? Or am I missing something ...

  Great question!

  I would recommend that you utilize our Visibility functionality. This will allow you to control Visibility to Tour Dates, Hotels, Travel Items, Schedule Items and more. 

  If your productions are running at different times, I would recommend setting up separate Tours for each of your productions. You could then set up User Groups for each of your Tours, and then use Visibility to control who has access to the individual Tours.
