Would like full tour book with better format

I'm currently working on a tour with a publicist who doesn't have a mobile device (said "I don't know anything about those macs and application things").  However she is booking press events that are causing havoc on my daysheets and already booked travel details.  

Long story short, I need to make pdf versions of the tour book so she can see all of the flights, bus, hotel, daysheet info, etc.   All current methods cut off most of this information in favor of a lot of blank space on the page.    I'm aware the best option is to print a daysheet for everyday from the dailies tab, then merge the documents, but while advancing a three month tour with schedule updates every day that is very tedious and time consuming.   

It would be great to have a quicker option for making a pdf tourbook that includes all of the information in a clear, concise format.

    Hey Jeff,

     

    Have you tried out File>Print>Tour>[HTML] Tour Book Empire? You can print that to PDF from your web browser and that has the most info packed into it of any of our tour books.

    Thanks Patrick!   I've seen the HTML options before but it never clicked in my brain that I could print from a web browser.    This is certainly the answer I've been looking for.   Although on a day with a lot of scheduled items is still cuts some of them off.  It does help with my publicist problem though.

    Awesome, glad we could help with that - we'll have a lot more flexibility with creating your own print reports in Master Tour 3.0 going forward, but sounds like you've got a solution that will work for you for now!
