Error entering times

When entering times into fields a shortcut of for example 3:45pm would be to enter simply "345p" and then press enter, this works with "a" as well for AM times. This is great, however, if you enter a time in this format for the hour of 2, am or PM the time when when advancing out of the cell propagates as 12 am or 12 pm. For example "245p" will propagate as 12:05pm. This only sees to happen with the hour of 2. Can you fix this please. It just bit me on the ass. Thank You.
