Guest Lists Notification and visibility

Please make it possible to auto generate an email, when someone is adding a guest on the guest list.

Also please make all the guest on the list visible for all the user.

  Hey everyone,

   

  You can currently use automatic email approvals for your guest lists: https://support.eventric.com/hc/en-us/articles/204257130-Using-Automated-Guest-List-Approval-Emails

  That article is for MT2, but you can find that same setting in Master Tour 3 under Navigate>Organization in the top menu bar, then under Guest List on the left hand side.

   

  As for making the entire Guest List visible to a user, if you give the user Manager permissions to your Organization, they will be able to view and manage the entire Guest List.

  Hi Patrick, it’s more an automated email TO the admin/manager that alerts them to a quest list request having been made. At the moment I have to check show dates on a regular basis to see if there are any new requests.
