Air and ground transport have their own icons, but train travel has a clock face.
When band/crew look at the mobile app this is inconsistent and can be confusing
Can we have a train icon for train travel please?

  Master Tour 3 now has Rail Travel icons for that type of Travel Item - let us know if you have any other feature requests!
