A Feature that would be useful is limiting what group sees what information in the master tour mobile app. That way if you assign only items to CREW, it does not clog up the Artist Feed. If there is an item assigned only to the ARTIST then it doesn't clog up the Crew Feed. If there is no assignment then ALL PERSONNEL would see it.
