Stop the re-ordering of data when entering times.

Re-ordering of data when entering times is very annoying. Let the user complete all data entry before closing and re-ordering. Also, if by accident you enter AM on an departure time, don't change the arrival time and vice versa, allow the user to enter AM/PM in each field independently. ...or at least ask for a change confirmation first.
