Repeat Hotel rooming list thru a whole tour.

I can\'t believe no one else hasn't complained about this... but why do you have to add rooming list names on every day there is a hotel???

There should be a way to enter the same list into every hotel day instead of having to enter each name seperatly each time you enter a new Hotel.

  As of version 2.0.921, Master Tour now has a "Copy Hotels From Another Day" button in the Hotels tab that allows you to copy all hotel info from another day, including Room Lists.

  You also have the option to "Copy My Crew into Rooming List" if you are using a new hotel but don't want to type in all of your crew's names - this will copy all the Crew Members from your Tour Overview section into the Room List tab of your Hotel record.

  Yes, it's very laborious. There should be a way to save and load rooming lists like setlists, e.g. a band list, a crew list, a driver list, a flydate list etc. etc.

  +++++1 for me. There are a number of lists that I use regularly that would be helpful to duplicate per event. As mentioned above by Tom.

  ALL info within Master Tour should be fluid - any list or schedule should be able to be copied to other dates, tours, artists or organizations. Forcing the same info to be created manually time and again is backwards thinking. Create a list ONCE, then allow it to be copied, pasted, dragged, moved, etc. FLUIDITY and FLEXIBILITY are out friends. Once copied, it can be edited FAR faster than being re=crenaed by hand 9 not to mention the opportunity for data entry mistakes)

  totally agree, and also being able to automatically enter hotel details and rooming lists on all days once you enter check in and out days.

  They also need to make it easier for Twin Sharing hotel rooms for crew.
